Varun Nagraj lost his father when he was 3 years old and was brought up by mother Renuka Aunty. His Mom worked hard as domestic help to continue Varun’s education from childhood.

Varun was our student from his grade 11. He had successfully completed his grade 12 (PU1 and PU2) . He was a student of Oxford College of Commerce and successfully completed B.C.A with distinction. Varun was always hardworking and obedient student. He never refused to do work to help his family. During his undergraduate study, Varun used to work with swiggy to help his mother. At present Varun is working in Reliance Retail successfully.

Varun was a student who was constantly looking for motivation and improve himself to stand by his family and mother. It was a pleasure for “No Tears Team” to mentor him for his school education and undergraduate study. Varun wants to pursue M.B.A at present to improve his skills and achieve his dream to get better.

Girish is a responsible individual with strong commitment to fulfil user needs devoted to maximising technical expertise to facilitate successful implementation and deliver positive outcomes.

Girish was a student of M.S Ramaiah Pre University, B.C. A from AIMS Institute followed by MCA from PES University Bangalore. Girish was first rank holder in Karnataka Secondary Board Exam. He received Excellence Award from AIMS Institute.

Girish’s Mom was a domestic help to help her kids to continue their studies. Girish always maintained a balance between academics and other aspect of life. He recognised the importance of well rounded education and allocated time for his family. At present Girish is employed as Network Engineer in a Pvt Ltd. Company.

Akhil N is a student of CMRIT PU College in Science stream . Akhil’s father is an auto driver who lost his leg. His mother works as a housemaid . “No Tears” supported him to pay him to pay grade 12 fees. We wish Akhil for a colourful and successful future.
